When I decided to start my own business I got a lot of different advice from a lot of very different people. One of the most interesting things that I heard was a friend who told me that he never makes a delivery these days using anything but Vauxhall Vans. He said that he found that when he uses other models to deliver, people are less happy than they are with these ones.
