When I first broke out and went into business on my own, I was very nervous and worried that I would fail miserably. It was early in the year 2003 and many of the mortgage brokers that I knew were making money hand over fist. I wanted a piece of that action but my instincts were telling me that this boom wouldn’t last. To say the least, I had some pretty serious mortgage marketing questions that needed to be answered before I was going to get aggressive. I went online and found a host of information geared at helping new guys like me who were just starting out on their own.
