I decided to put up my very own advertising firm here in the Midlands a few years ago. It was such a struggle at first. Lucky for me, it started doing well before the recession. It is actually looking pretty good for my business right now. I am expanding and looking to hire more people this quarter. I actually just placed an ad for sales jobs in Midlands that fresh graduates and long time professionals can apply for. This is would be a great contribution to solve the growing global economic problem we have right now. It is going to be a win-win situation. Highly-qualified employees for me and employment for the Midlands residents.
