I’m really impress with the new baby monitors. The new baby monitors are really a far cry from the primitive ones that were first released. Features such as multi-channel, video, night vision for video and etc are extremely powerful and useful! During my times, you could not leave your baby out of earshot without worrying if anything bad would happen to him or her. I think we definitely have advanced a lot in baby monitor design! The best baby monitor might not be the most expensive one with all this advance technology. I think this has make our life much easier. Times are just so different.  Anyway, let cherish the old times and move forward to the future.

My best friend is having a baby! Her due date is only a few months away and of course we are all excited about planning a baby shower for her!  We have found plenty of ways to make really nice food and party favors for reasonable costs, but we were stuck on finding cheap baby shower invitations until we did an Internet search.  I am so glad we did!  We found just gorgeous ones and they look just as nice or even nicer than all those high dollar ones that we looked at.  I know it will be a wonderful shower and I can’t wait!

I am just so glad that we get to have all the good things in here. I feel so happy that we are looking for all the nice things in life. We never really got all the great things. Jerry spent Father’s day with his family. He woke up to breakfast in bed, made by his beautiful wife. She served him pancakes with strawberries and maple syrup and coffee. Then halfway through breakfast, Caleb, their son, hopped in bed with them. He had a surprise for his dad and presented him with a father’s day card. It was a nice handmade fathers day gift from Caleb. He told his dad that their teacher made them do it as a project and he got 3 stars for the card he had made. His father was very proud and he put the card on the table top beside the bed. Then the three of them got ready for mass since it was sunday. They spent the rest of the day in the park.

To make my sister in law’s 35th birthday unique, we arranged a great event which meant spending out on the event. To supply us with a marquee to get a real feel of fun and style, we went with marquee hire Kent as we also had permission to use a piece of ground held by the national trust. The Marquee installed with medieval décor and lighting gave a sympathetic pleasant ambience. We hired a chef and a local ale house for the event to supply a wonderful barbecue and casks of ale.
