Peruvian purple paradise: a perfect match for any snack
Just curious, do you know what Lucy Liu had while she was visiting Machu Pichu? I can’t imagine her wrapping her tiny hands around a big butifarra! All that crusty bread and delicious meat! But, I hear she works out a lot so I suppose she can afford to indulge. Do you know if she tried any of the traditional Peruvian drinks, like a chicha morada. I just love the fact that it is made with purple corn- not something you can find in your local market. Honestly I haven’t tried a chicha morada yet myself, but it’s on my ‘foodie’ list of things to taste. Maybe I’ll try the calamares fritos next. I’m really not a calamari fan, but I hear calamares fritos is one of the best ways to eat it so I guess I’ll add that to my list too.
