when i want to lose fat from my mid section i am sure to look  at my diet first and then my workout program. i will be sure that i am eating a lower calorie diet and that i am going to be doing exercises that will more directly target my abs. the workout to flatten your belly that i found really works for me is one that revolves areoiund different kinds of situps and crunches. these are the corner stione of all of my workouts. they are the most effective way to strenghen your abs and get them defined.
