A couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine called me and told me that he had been studying at the library for a while, and he had a thought that he wanted to share with me.  I asked him what it was, and he told me that he had been looking for a way to lower blood pressure naturally.  I told him that I was very interesting to hear what he had to say.  He handed me a pamphlet with a number of different ideas that could help me out.  The biggest one had to do with me changing my diet.
