When I am gearing up for a big marathon race, there are many things that I need to do in preparation. Training and getting my body ready leading up to the race is the most important part of the preparation. I also need to maintain a healthy diet and a good sleep schedule. Along with monitoring my heart rate and speed during my training, I also monitor the amount of oxygen in my blood after my runs. To do this, I use the GO2 Pulse Oximeter. This fingertip device makes it very quick and simple for me to take the oxygen readings. I check that number to make sure that my body is functioning properly through these grueling events.
