Every day some one comes up with a new and unique idea that will help them make some extra money.  However, as it is usually a device or mechanism, it must have a patent on it.  However, there are some items that are way to similar to other items that are on the market.  Some are actually rip offs of others altogether.  It is job as an attorney who has passed the patent bar to keep this from happening.  You are to make sure that the person with the original patent keeps their ideas.  You wouldn’t want some one to take the ideas that you have worked hard on would you?
