It has been proven by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration that when a company employs effective management safety systems for their workplace, accidents are reduced. Accidents at work cost the employee and the employer a lot of money each year. It is critical that safety standards and safety equipment is in place. Equipment should be checked often to make sure they function as they should. If anything needs repaired or replaced it should be done right away to keep everyone safe.
