I have heard a little about about the sea food in the Florida area because as a person who is in the Pacific Northwest it is interesting to get stories about the fisherman who catch in the warmer waters. Now I am hearing some odd things about lobstering in the Florida Keys. As much as I would like to transfer my business to warmer waters is there any truth to the rumor that the lobsters there are smaller on average compared to the colder water sea food? Although, perhaps there are different pay scales because of the type of food they get there.
