Different exercises do different things and we can literally sculpt our bodies with the different choices we make about our activities. I can still learn so much about this whole topic but the main thing that I already know is that to achieve muscle building, I have to concentrate my food intake lean proteins and avoid the sugars and so called “white foods” category. I also can use one or more of the many supplements that are available to those of us who are serious about our bodies and how they look. I am really enjoying this hobby of working on my body.
